I only have praise for the teaching that you do

Hi Helene,

Oh gosh I have nothing but praise for the teaching you do.  After going through multiple other swim schools before coming to you, it doesn’t matter where you go – it all boils down to the person who is teaching your child.

I personally feel we’ve wasted a lot of $ at other swim schools and hardly seen any progression with our girls at times (being taught by teenagers that were not engaged etc).  Live and learn!

I see the following as your core strengths:

  • Firm but fair.  I love how you put your foot down when needed with the kids.  This is something that comes with being an experienced parent yourself and how to handle kids.  They do so much better with boundaries when they know what is expected.

  • You have fun with them!  Even with lessons to be taught there’s always a smile and a laugh.

  • You’re able to deal with so many different personalities at one time.  Our two are so chalk and cheese but you do amazing with both.

  • Some of your training techniques are different to other schools we’ve been to and we’ve seen instant progression with how you teach.  So we love that.

  • You have a passion for what you do and it really shines through.
